Users may experience a visual issue like the one below. It may look slightly different; there may be colors appearing that are not normally there, text may be unreadable, images may not appear while text does. This can be very frustrating when you are trying work on a particularly important task.
Don't worry, this is very easily fixed and takes only a few moments.
First, expand the Control Panel on the left side of the screen and then select delete session. Try to save anything important before doing so, as it may be lost. Selecting log out will not allow you to perform the following steps; you must select "Delete Session" in order to perform the following troubleshooting steps.
After the session has fully deleted and is no longer visible on the left side of your screen, launch one of your CMMC Space workspace tiles. It doesn't matter which one you select; the following steps remain the same regardless of the tile selected.
Once you select a tile, you will be prompted to launch the session as you would be normally. Instead of immediately launching into the environment, select the Persistent Profile dropdown menu. Next, select Reset and then Launch Session.
This should fix the graphical issue you were experiencing. If it does not, please reach out to us immediately by opening a ticket.
Note: Resetting your persistent profile will immediately log out your account inside of the environment. You will be prompted to log in again once you have launched the session. Be ready to re-authenticate once your session has restarted.
